I got up reluctantly at 805am and prepared my usual breakfast. I left for work at 9am after packing some gym clothes.
When I arrived at HCID I started researching companies and writing 500 word summaries of their recent operations. I worked on this and a few other projects until leaving at 305pm.
I picked up a banana and stopped in at NYSC for a good chest day. When I finished I walked home and talked to Greg by telephone. After getting home I showered and made some food.
I folded my laundry and did a few hours of work from my computer. I read and sat around. I made a few meals, it was an uneventful evening which culminated in sleep around 11pm.
